Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Using a 5 inch square card, I attached the base picture to the card with d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces with foam pads.

I cut out the tag, punched a hole and added gold thread to finish. I have left this card blank so that it can be used for various occasions.
