I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to a cream card and layered. Added pearls, gems and a "New Home" tag. A gorgeous design to welcome anyone into their new home. Would suit other occasions too.

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a pale green mat and than onto a cream card.
I assembled the elements with silicone glue and added my sentiment. Lovely design.
