I attached a piece of backing paper to my card blank. I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to my backing paper and added the layers with foam pads.

I also added diamante to the tree, presents, holly and bells and glitter to the belt and necklace.
