I printed out one photo paper and one card stock copy of this sheet. The decoupage card stock base layer was glued on a Royal Blue folded card base; subsequent pieces were then layered alternately (photo paper, card stock and photo paper) using foam pads.
All enhancements are made on the cardstock layers: clear glitter paint on the red pom-poms and green area on the base; green glitter glue on layer 3?s green area; and blue glitter glue on layer 3?s blue pom-pom. Finally, I added silver and gold letters as a message on the Royal Blue folded card.
