A nice quick card. I made a square card from Iced Gold pearlised card and then printed the sheet onto matching iced gold paper.
Cut out and layered up with foam squares.
If printed onto good quality paper this really doesn't need any other embellishment although a tassel would work nicely on the mortarboard.
