I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I attached the corners using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the cupcakes and the roses to enhance this lovely design.
