I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper and cut out the elements. Cut away the coloured area around the base layer as my cards are not quite big enough. I mounted the base layer onto a 14.5cm.sq card and added the layers using sticky pads.
Finished the outer edge with bendy gold peel off borders.
