I printed this design onto quality card,after cutting out all the elements,I took a blank c5 card,matted with pink textured lightweight card,I then added the base design and built the decoupage layers with foam pads,to finish I added a little glitter to the flowers attached a sentiments then tied gold string around the spine.
A stunning finished card.
