I printed some green backing paper and stuck that on to card stock. I then printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to the card. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
I printed some purple paper to match the border on the card and stuck the "Happy Birthday" message on to that and stuck it on the card.
