Its called I Love You and I Love It!!!Printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto a 15cm.sq. card.

Added the layers using sticky pads.

If it was to be given to a female I might add some gems to the daisies in the corners but with Valentines day coming I have a male recipient in mind for this one so left it as it was.
