I printed the CUP sheet onto card stock paper. I cut out all of the elements from the CUP sheet. I scored and folded an 8X 11 sheet of card stock as the base for the card.

I covered the front of the card stock with a green foam glitter sheet and cut it to the size of the base card.

I layered the decoupage elements using foam mounting pads. I glued red glitter ribbon to the top left corner as well as the bottom right corner. I scored and cut two pieces of red card stock as well as two slightly smaller green pieces of card stock.

I attached each red piece of card stock onto the red glitter ribbon in the two corners via foam mounting pads.

I also layered the green card stock to red card stock in the same way. I printed the sentiments onto clear adhesive paper and glued it to the green senitment cards. I used double sided tape to adhere green polka dot card stock to the inside of the card.

I completed the inside message for the card using the same technique as I used for the sentiments on the front of the card.
