I printed the design onto smooth white card,then cut out all the elements,I took a scalloped blank card matted with a rich blue pearl card,and added a peel off border to the side.Having matted the base design to pale green pearl card ,I then attached to the card and built the decoupage layers with foam pads,I finished off by adding pearls and a greeting.Makes a very elegant card such lovely colours.
