Printed onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 6 x 6 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining stacker pieces using foam pads.

I placed the "With Love" sentiment and some clear crystal heart shaped gems.

Finally I added the matching insert (cup492308_5) using d/s tape.
