Perfect for an April birthday or could be used for a diamond anniversary. I printed onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image to a 6x6 card using double sided tape. I built up the corner stack using 3D foam pads.
I added the sentiments of my choice and finished off with a few gemstones.
