Single Yellow Rose Circle Camera Eye Stacker

I cut out the rose circle. I used foam adhesive to decoupage the circle. I glued a black paper doily to a paper bag with handles. I glued the yellow rose circle to the middle of the doily.

I used a punch to make the yellow paper flowers that I added to the corners. I glued the tag back to back & tied it to the handle. I added fringed yellow paper on the inside around the top. I printed a reduced page & added a few more circle roses to the bag.

Then I made a note card by using my Sizzix die cut. I used black card stock for the scalloped circle. I cut out a yellow circle a little smaller with deckled scissors & centered it on the black card. Then I added the yellow rose circle and decoupaged it.

On the inside I used white card stock to punch out a circle & glued it.
