I printed the design onto smooth white card,then cut out all the elements,took a square scalloped card,and attached the base design,to this I built the decoupage layers with foam pads,to finish I added a little glitter to the roses.and a pink bow to the side.Makes a lovely finished card suitable for many occasions.
