I copied this design to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Added the wavy corner using d.s.foam tape. I used my pens to colour the Laurel crown a darker green and a touch of shiney gold to his medal. Matted to blue wavey striped backing paper and then to blue card stock. Popped a bow in one corner, used a brad to attach the greeting and some gold and silver spots.

As the Commonwealth games are on I tried to imagine what discipline he got his medal for and came up with gymnastics, because Corgis are a very agile dog. A lovely card from original art work that will bring joy to the receiver for many occasions. This makes this card handy to have, especially for dog lovers.
