A lovely card presented for you! I cut out the layers as requested and applied them layer by layer. This gives a stunning effect. I then cut out a black square and placed this behind the picture cutting of the top corner. I sten glued the picture as a whole on a bright yellow coloured square card.
At the top I added the words Happy Birthday!
