I have designed this sheet as a scalloped bottom stacker, it is sized at 5inch square and has a base image and layers to use on top, use your 3D foam or silicone glue to build up the design for your card.
Each layer is smaller then the last and sits to the one side only on your card front, it is measured to look like a stepped effect and will make people think you have spent ages on it.

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white 6x6 silk art card blank as my base. I attached a piece of pink floral glitter backing paper to the front.
I mounted the topper onto a piece of gold linen finish paper and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used ribbon and a Sakura clear stardust pen to decorate.
