I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper and cut out the stackers. I punched the right side of a pink card with EK Success Flight of Fancy edge punch and attached the base sheet.
I then raised the stackers with foam dots.
I added a dark piece of cardstock to show through the punches. Makes a great anniversary card.
