OccasionPrinted on matte photo paper. I mounted the base image with DST onto a pale green card, then cut out and built the layers with thin foam pads, except I didn't use the first layer.
From that one, I cut out the candle and the most forward parts of the design and added that layer last with silicone for a little added dimension.
I also cut the two corner motifs from the same layer and attached them to the top corners of the base image with silicone.
A peel-off border, a bit of glitter and a shiny holly embellishment to finish. Love the gorgeous colors in the design!
