I printed image on white matte cardstock, cut out. I mounted a white dyecut round shaped and the image to red cardstock. I added stickles and gel pen glitter effects. I added Dazzles corners.
I also made a little lighted "cake" with a tea light to match the card with scalloped die cuts, leaves, ribbons & roses.
