I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the pyramid and the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. This gorgeous card has a matching insert that is sold separately.
