Matte photo inkjet paper was used to print this out. For my background I used a flocked snowflake sheet from my craft stash and used d s tape to attach to my card.

I also used d s tape for the base image. Silicone glue was used for stacking.

To finish I added some glitter and adhesive gems to the bear's eyes
