I printed the design on photo paper and attached the base to a white card which I covered with backing paper (cup25106_359) I assembled the elements with silicone glue, added a thin gold edge around the design and used liquid gold glitter around the edge of the card.
I attached a sentiment. A great design, easy and quick and one that looks very effective.
