Printed on matte photo paper. I mounted the base image on a soft blue card. I then cut the front of the card to match the scallops on the base image and cut the back of the card to repeat the scallops, but slightly bigger.
Cut and layered the second image with foam pads, added just a bit of glitter, and it was done. Beautiful card and very quick.
