Print design. Cut out all stackers sections. and stack using 3D foam pads.

Fold a piece of card stock to square shape to fit larger than design. 3D main design onto the centre of the card. Trim all around the edges with peel off stickers. also a Pink strip down the fold edge. Add small Pink pearl to bow on the flowers.
