Blue BallerinaCompleted by Sarah Evans

For this card I used a square white base card, and added the blue border to the bottom. Then I layedred the image at an angle in the centre of the card. To finish the card I added some paper flowers and pearl beads, and the wording 'Happy Birthday'.
