Printed the pram design on Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut it all out. Mounted the main image on a shocking pink 6" square card with DST and added the spiral pyramid with sticky pads.

I attached the "Baby Girl" label under this with sticky pads and added 2 large pearl hearts. I completed the card with 2 white peel off flowers with pink pearls in the centre, in the top corners.

I added 2 white flowers with stems and a clear gem in the centre, each side of the label. Simple to make and looks really cute and effective.

A "different" card for a new baby girl!
