Cute Little Teddy Spinner CardCompleted by Angela MacWillson

Followed the simple instructions to construct the basic card - added a glitter border to the frame. Coloured gems were added to the flower centres, glossy accents on the nose, and extra chalk to make rosier cheeks.

The sentiment panel on the reverse was also glittered.
