Birthday Party Bear Spinner CardCompleted by Kelly Hannan

This card I printed onto Good Quality Photo Paper. I then followed the instructions under "HOW TO MAKE" - "SPINNER CARDS". I added wobbly eyes for the eyes, then I applied Hot Fix Crystals onto the hats, present & happy birthday sign.

I then glued some pale green beads onto the ends of the skewer for safety and it makes it easier to spin the card also.
