Fisherman Slider

I printed the sheet onto super smooth white card and cut out the pieces. I matted the main image onto a piece of light blue card and trimmed it to give a very narrow border.

This I then stuck onto an A5, hammered blue, tent fold card.

I cut a piece of acetate slightly wider than the slit in the slider bar and slightly longer than the whole bar.

I put two long pieces of 1mm deep double sided foam tape on the back of the slider bar, just in from the sides, leaving space for the acetate piece to lie between them.

I put a piece of 3mm deep foam to the back of the fish towards the tail end and put this through the slider bar and stuck one end of the acetate strip to that.

I layed the slider mechanism onto the card making sure that the acetate wasn't getting caught in the foam tape.

I checked that the slider worked before putting a tab of the same light blue card I'd used for the initial mat stuck to the end of the acetate.
