Printed on heavy photo paper and cut out pieces. If you do not know how to make a slider there is a good tutorial for that on cup.

I cut out white part from the slider bar and put my pennies in to attach 3D girls on and mounted that on the main card.

Becareful now much adhesive you use so it doesn't keep it from sliding. Designer is Sharon Poore cup 133094_539
