I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 white card. I attached the design to the front of a card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added thin strips of foam tape around the edges of the slider so that these do not interfere with the slider motion.

I attached all of it to the card except the bottom few. I then slid a one pence behind the slider and centred it and added another piece of a thin strip to the centre of the one pence.

I then added the happy birthday with an age and also attached to the one pence and complete the bottom of the slider panel also.

The slider will now move up and down the card. Great fun to make.
