This is a fun Under the Sea Slider Card Topper. You use a penny or button for the sliding mechanism along with some sticky foam pads. Cut out the white strip on the rectangle for the Big Turtle to slide up and down and spin around.
A really fun card for kids. There are tutorials here on CUP for Penny or button slider cards. There is a matching insert for this topper too.

I printed on to 160gsm. I made a 5x7 card. I cut out the space for the slider part and stuck 2 pennyies together and sloted in the gap. I placed the main image on the card blank.
I cut out all decoupage pieces and attached them to the card with foam pads.
