Perry Penguin Penny Slider

I matted the card front onto an A5 dark green card added blue and silver snow flakes onto the background and googlie eyes to the snowman.

I then put together the spinner element and stuck it to the front.

I put together the decoupage elements of the spinning penguin and added it to the front of the card.
