I printed the design on matte photo paper and printed another copy on semi gloss photo paper to decoupage. I scored, cut and folded as per the instructions on the sheet.
I decou;aged the main element with silicone glue.I resized the main element and used the hat and cane to embellish one side of the card and used elements from my stash for the other side.
I used black glitter on the hat and costume plus a little red glitter to the hat band. I finished off with a "Happy Birthday'. This is a fantastic design, very easy, economical and quick. A must have! Well done to the designer!
