Happy 2018Completed by Kelly Patterson Card making at Home

This card measures 5" x 7" and I printed out this beautiful image on 110 lb. cardstock, cut out 4 layers and put them together with 3D zots for extra 3D effect.

It is embellished with glitter on the jewel and background, clock hands, metal brad and jewels.
