Printed this on High Quality Photographic Paper. Cut out all pieces and decoupaged with 3D foam pads. I used the Martha Stewart Cosmos Garden Punch on Silver Cardboard to make the wheels look like mag wheels and used 2x3mm stick on eyes.

Very simple to make and is so cute.
