I printed the design on quality cardstock and cut it out. I placed it on a sturdy piece of white cardstock and scored between each of the pieces so that a very small white border would show.

I folded the white cardstock in a Valley, Mountain, Mountain, Valley pattern and then adhered the pieces, in their proper order, with double sided tape.

I then cut around the outside of the design leaving a small white border. I stamped a label, glued it to a grey-blue matte and used foam pads to mount it on the card front.

The card will stand up on its own and there is plenty of room on the back to write your personal message.

This merry, little pup is sure to bring cheer to the fortunate recipient.
