I printed this sheet off on quality photo paper, then I cut out each panel and glued in place onto my blue pearlised card front.

I cut off the corners and scored and folded my card.

I stuck on silver holographic flower boarded peel-off's around the edge and added my thank you sentiment which I glued to silver holographic board & then I used foam pads to attach it to my card.

I also used stickle's glitter glue's to give my card some sparkle and I used Inkssentials Glossy accents to make the cats eye's look more realistic and to give a 3D appearance.

This is a real easy but affective and beautiful card to make.
