I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached design Teal Green Backing Paper, cUp 185605_703 to the card using double sided tape. I cut out the inside white areas from the letters.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
