1936 Mercedes Benz TeardropCompleted by Allison Finegan

For this card, the 1936 Mercedes Benz Teardrop, I spray-mounted two sheets of lightweight card together. They are slightly offset so that I could have a thin line of the darker colour show as a border.

I then cut out and mounted the background elements onto the lightweight card and trimmed it to match the curved teardrop shape.

Next I cut out and layered up the decoupage pieces. I used foam squares near the top of each piece and a small piece of double-sided tape near the bottom to build up a 3-dimensional effect.

To finish, I added my own greeting using peel-off stickers.
