I printed this out on to 250gsm photo card and cut out the pieces. I scored and folded the card, glued the backing piece (which became the front of card) and then added the decoupage with foam pads.
I used a silver peel off border around front edge and some pale blue gems, I put a Happy Birthday peel off inside and a little glitter on the cupcake completed this card.
