I printed the image onto a good quality card stock and cut out into 3 sections. Using double sided tape I mounted these onto a black card leaving a 1cm gap between the sections.

I then scored and folded each of the scores to make fold similar to a theatre fold. I added peels offs and ribbons to decorate. Then I cut down a further sheet of card and using double sided tape mounted this to the left hand side of the card to give a backing for which to insert any verse.
