These are fabulous coordinating gift tags that open up into fun little cards. Secure closed tags with small velcro dots for easy opening to view message or greeting. "To:" and "From:" are shown on back of tag.

I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the tags to card to make them stronger. I punched holes into the top and threaded ribbon through. I then glued just below to hide the ribbon.
I added velcro dots inside som that the tag can be easily opened and closed.
