I printed out the sheet onto 200gms white cardstock and cut around the design and decourpage items. I folded the card in half and mounted the items with foam tape before adhering the Happy Birthday sentiment tag to the top of the golf bag.

Inside I added a silver peel-off stating "Best Wishes". So quick and easy to make. One you could russle up on your way out the door.
