I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as per instructions. I added the two straps to the back of the card as you would have on a backpack.

I added Velcro to the front flap to secure it but it can also be opened easily. I attached one of the greetings to the back of the card under the straps.
