I printed this sheet twice, so I could add extra decoupage, and cut out the pieces. I mounted the base image onto brown card and then onto an A5 card blank.
I stuck the pocket down the spine and the base and used 1mm foam pads for the decoupage and text.
I mounted the tag onto card and added ribbon.
