I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as expected. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the pocket to the front of the card using thin foam tape on the sides and bottom.

I placed the tags into the pocket. I attached the greeting using thin foam tape.
